Coaching supports self-awareness, personal development, and growth. It is not therapy or counseling.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

- Arrive on time

- Communicate honestly

- Complete assignments or reflections

- Take responsibility for decisions and actions

Coach Responsibilities

The coach agrees to:

- Hold a safe, respectful, non-judgmental space

- Maintain confidentiality (except where safety laws apply)

- Offer guidance, insights, and support

- Remain professional and ethical

Confidentiality

All sessions are private unless the coach is legally required to report harm or danger.

Session Format

Sessions may be delivered via Zoom, phone, or in person depending on availability.

Payments

All sessions or programs must be paid before coaching begins.
