Coaching Sessions

Sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Missed sessions or no-shows are charged in full.

Coaching Programs / Packages

Payments for coaching programs are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.

Packages must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Retreat Payments

Retreat deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations 30+ days before the retreat:
– Deposit is non-refundable, but remaining payments may be transferred to a future retreat.

Cancellations less than 30 days before the retreat:
– All payments are non-refundable.

If Wickedly Wise Women cancels a retreat, guests will receive a full refund or credit option.

Digital Products

Once delivered, digital guides, PDFs, and downloads are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
