- Travel insurance

- Any activities not listed in the itinerary

Travel & Insurance

Guests are responsible for:

- Arranging their own travel

- Purchasing travel insurance

- Arriving safely at the retreat location

Health & Safety

Guests must inform the organizer of:

- Allergies

- Medical conditions

- Accessibility needs

We are not responsible for injuries, illness, or lost personal items.

Behaviour & Conduct

A respectful environment is required.
Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

Payment Terms

All deposits are non-refundable.
Final payments must be made by the date listed on the event page.
